Five Things

So glad it's Friday.  Well, kind of.  While I'm really ready for the weekend, it's been a stressful week at work preparing for my upcoming trip.  Really getting into crunch time, so I will definitely appreciate a couple days off. 

Here are five highlights of my week:


one - discovered the best tea and started drinking a cup of it before bed. it's called lipton bedtime stories (caffeine free) and is made with real spearmint leaves and chamomile flowers. it smells divine. highly recommend.

two - stripes + florals. love the combination.

three - I'm planning on participating in the bernat mystery crochet along. basically you get weekly clues and patterns and you gradually build an afghan. it hasn't been announced yet but it should start soon, so I've started picking color palettes for my afghan. this is the front runner at the moment (from color collective).

four - cuddly puppy.

five - would it be silly to have a bulldog pendant necklace? would that make me a crazy dog lady? because madewell makes this really cute one!

  4. I'm going to HAVE to try this tea. I've been drinking the acai, dragonfruit, and melon green tea from lipton in the morning and it is SO great. I need a good bedtime drink! I love the stripes and florals too, i've got to get more adventurous with my pattern mixing
