I'm always a fan of turquoise...and this could actually potentially work at our home. source

Now this is turquoise again, but I really love the idea of a bright interior door. source

Another bright interior door. Isn't this just a happy entranceway? source

A bit off topic, but while we're discussing colorful interiors, how awesome does this orange window over the sink look!? source
How do you feel about colorful doors? Would you do it in your home? Do you prefer colorful outside or inside?

They all look adorable! I just don't know how they would look in real life? hmm
ReplyDeleteThat's what I'm really struggling with. I love them in theory, but I worry that I'd get sick of a color and end up not happy with it!
DeleteI love them! But I agree, I might get tired of it. Especially a bright color. Maybe something darker or more neutral? but still different...
ReplyDeleteI have a bright candy apple red door in my kitchen and I love it! But I really like pops of colour.
ReplyDeleteI say go for it. My theory was I can always paint over it if I hate it (or buy a new door if I can't paint over the red) and I have never regreted it.
You're right... I would just paint over it if it turned out to be a disaster. I just really hate painting so I would hope to only do it once! :) I love a bright red door, too! It's such a fun color.
DeleteI love the colors you've chosen! Having a bright door in your house seems like a great way to bring some character to a house that may look the same as all the others on the street. Xo, Marilyn at BrewedTogether
ReplyDeleteP.S. I responded to your comment on the sewing machine. Let me know if you decide to purchase one and how it works out. :)
